Balaji Institute of Modern Management (BIMM) formerly
known as IIMM, was started in the year 1999. The institute was set up by Sri
Balaji Society.
The full-time faculties and veterans
from the industry who are fully involved in the training/ grooming process of
the students are from the who's who from the industry.
The institute is a B-School with a
difference - a B-School with courses approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt.
of India, that works 24 x 7 x 365 to procreate dynamic student managers who can
easily adopt to the challenging Industrial environment.
The institute (Approved by AICTE,
Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India), run by Sri Balaji Society which is governed
by the President, A. Balasubramanian. Prof. Bala is also the Executive Director
of BIMM.
The campus spread over 16.5 acres is
located in the proximity of Industrial belt and provides a conducive atmosphere
for learning. The institute has an in-campus hostel with a capacity to
accommodate 700 students. The fully Wi-Fi enabled campus has abundant full-time
/ visiting faculties, well-stocked libraries, a temple, a gymnasium, a
cafeteria, messes, a grooming centre for both men and women and a swimming pool
thereby providing a stimulating and enabling environment.

Admission Procedure-
Admissions are based on student's
performance in:
- Written exams (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/MHCET) - 30% weightageGroup discussion - 40% of the weightage (candidates qualifying the minimum marks cut off/percentage will be called for the group discussion round)
- Personal interview with expert panel and the essay - 30% of the weightage
