National Institute of Construction Management & Research has announced admissions for their Pune, Hyderabad, Goa & Indore campuses
NICMAR has announced admissions for the following programmes :
- PGP ACM: Post Graduate Programmes in Advanced Construction Management (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune, Goa, Hyderabad and Indore.
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- PGP PEM : Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- PGP REUIM : Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate And Urban Infrastructure Management (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- PGP IFDM: Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- PGP MFOCB: Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (Two-year Full time) offered from Pune
Eligibility Criteria:- Graduates in any discipline
with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having
construction business. Students are required to provide necessary
documents and undertaking as regards ownership of construction business.
- PGP HSEM: Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety & Environment Management (One-year Full time) offered from Hyderabad
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in
Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any
discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate
marks are required in all criteria.
- PGP QSCM : Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (One-year Full time) offered from Hyderabad
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- PGP MFOCB: Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (Eighteen-month) offered from Pune
Final year eligible graduating students can also apply for all above programmes.
All eligible candidates will be invited to undergo the selection
procedure, which comprises of NICMAR Common Admission Test(NCAT), Group
Discussion(GD), Personal Interview(PI) and Rating of Application(RA).
- Last Date of Issue and Submission of Applications : Friday, 12 December'2014
- Date of Admission Process (NCAT, GD & PI) : 12 January'2015 - 18 January'2015
- Date of Declaration of Admission Results : Wednesday, 28 January'2015
OR, Candidate may also submit valid CAT / GATE / GMAT / CMAT scores
secured after January 01, 2013. The common pool Merit List is drawn on
the basis of performance in NCAT/CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT Score, GD, PI and
RA.
