Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form and prospectus from the university websitewww.universityofcalicut.info

The application/registration fee is Rs.100/- which is to be paid using Challan receipt

The duly filled in application form, along with Challan receipt, true copies of the mark lists and a self-addressed stamped (Rs 05/-) envelope, should be sent to the Dept of Lifelong Learning and Extension, University of Calicut, PO Calicut-673635, latest by 13th January 2016

Last Date: The application should reach the Department on or before 13th January 2016
