The Symbiosis Law School, Pune stands for excellence in
legal education and is nestled in the city of Pune (popularly described as the
Oxford of the East, with the glorious heritage of being the capital of the
Peshwas). The Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune, established and enriched by the
vision of Padma Bhushan Dr. S.B. Mujumdar, was established in 1977 under the
illustrious banner of Symbiosis Society. Since 2002, it has been a constituent
of Symbiosis International University, which is accredited by ‘NAAC’ with ‘A’
grade.
The SLS Pune has continuously ranked amongst the top 10 law
schools in India by the India Today-Nielsen and The Week survey. It was
conferred with the prestigious Gold Star Award by the Bar Council of India in
February.
This stature is attained through its various programmes. It
offers five year integrated under graduate programmes such as Bachelor of Arts,

Hanover, Brunswick European Law School, and Ostfalia University of Applied
