Rizvi Institute of Management
Studies & Research, Mumbai
was established in 1996 by Rizvi Education Society with the intent of bridging
the gap between corporate and academics. Rizvi Education Society has always
aimed at promoting a holistic education experience at all levels. It registered
itself under the provisions of the Bombay Public Act, 1950 and finally began
its academic journey with the College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
Eligibility:
Minimum Eligibility: Passed with
minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of backward class candidates from
Maharashtra state only) in any Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in
any discipline OR Appeared for the final year examination of any Bachelor's
Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline recognized by the
Association of Indian Universities. Appeared for the Common Entrance Test
(MAH-MBA/MMS-CET), GD and PI conducted by competent authority.
Admission Procedure:
The total seats for the course are
divided into three categories:
- Seats allocated through the CAP round.
- Seats allocated for Muslim Minority.
- Seats allocated at Institute level.
The admission process for the
aforesaid seats is as below:
- For the seats belonging to the CAP round, the admission
is governed by the DTE.
- For the seats belonging and reserved for the Muslim
Minority Community, the admission is conducted by the Institute as per the
inter-se merit list of the CET scores conducted by the competent
authority.
- For the Institute level seats the admission is
conducted by the Institute as per the inter-se merit list of the CET
scores conducted by the competent authority.
